Martin Bielat LLC was founded on the idea of providing valuable legal solutions for environmental and real estate issues. The firm, started in 2019 by Martin Bielat, Esq., focused on two key areas of law – Environmental and Real Estate Law. Since then, the firm has expanded into additional areas like Wills, Trusts and Estates, Collections, Business, and Bankruptcy Law to provide clients with a more inclusive legal experience.

Martin Bielat graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting and Mass Communications, and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University with a Juris Doctorate, in 2018. Martin passed the Ohio Bar Exam in July, 2018, was barred by the Ohio Supreme Court in November, 2018, and barred by the Federal District Court of Northern Ohio in March, 2020.

Martin is a long-time animal lover, vegan and nature enthusiast who strives to use his law degree to preserve Ohio ecosystems and climate. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s environmental, real estate, and solo practitioner sections. Previously, Martin has worked for organizations like the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, the Cleveland Legal Aid Society, Fair Shake Environmental Resources, and Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDCo).
